How we use your data

Your data is used to fulfil orders, personalise recommendations, deliver smart home features, send important order updates and improve product quality. We never sell your personal information.

Smart device data

Body composition, wellness and connected appliance data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Only you and the family profiles you authorise can access this information.

Sharing with partners

We share limited operational data with trusted delivery, payment and customer-support partners — strictly to deliver the Jeroma experience. All partners are bound by GCC data-protection standards.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting care@jeroma.ae. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications via the Notifications settings.
