1. Accepting these terms

By creating a Jeroma account or placing an order through the Jeroma app you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Orders & pricing

All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable VAT. Jeroma reserves the right to adjust pricing, decline orders or limit quantities at its discretion.

3. Delivery

Standard delivery is free across the UAE and typically arrives within 24–48 hours. Express and same-day options are available in selected emirates. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

4. Returns

You may return unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receipt.

5. Warranty

Jeroma smart appliances carry a 1–2 year warranty depending on the product. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and excludes accidental damage or misuse.

6. App usage

The Jeroma app is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer or attempt to disrupt the service.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
